RD Auditors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
